Officiating is filled with professionals and amateurs. No, they are not divided up solely between levels such as the NFL guys are the pros and everyone else is an amateur.The pros are the ones who have certain characteristics such as their preparation and mastering of their technique. Pros are the ones who work through adversity and show up every day, no matter what.

Isn't it hard? I mean, he had already gone through chemos so I think there will be body changes and all. However, I'm proud that he is do dedicated to his work.
